After a long period of development our new site is finally online. Instead of a simple real estate site with lists of properties we have tried to create a Property site with a large amount of information which includes details about areas, life in Thailand, legal issues and local community information. We have tried to cover the questions our customers frequently ask in an attempt to give you quality information that will enable you to make the right choice when you decide to make Thailand your home.

Andaman Thai Property Group is a small friendly agent based near Nai Harn Beach in Southern Phuket. We are also associated with Ashby Estate Agents based on Rawai Beach (www.rawai-real-estate.com). We are a small team who specialise in personal service and selective property listing. This means we are very careful what we list, we select properties that good value, in a good location and offer facilities that our customers require.

Pricing Policy
We charge the seller a fixed commission for the sale of their property (usually 3%) under no circumstances do add extra money on top of the price. Our customers are always welcome to confirm the price with the seller. Many people think that they can get a better deal if they go directly with the owners, this is not true we go through a careful valuation process to ensure the price we list a property for is the best one for all parties. We also secure the deal with a pre-sales agreement and hold all deposits paid until the sale is complete.

Our offices are located minutes away from Nai Harn Beach, in one of the most beautiful areas of the island. We are in the centre of a large expatriate community with many of our properties a short drive from the office.
